Every project begins with listening. Kristie meets with you to understand how you live, entertain, and want your home to feel — including the things you know you don't like, which are often the clearest starting point for a design direction.

With a clear sense of your goals, the studio develops a space plan and design concept for each area of the project — establishing furniture layouts, flow, and the overall direction before any purchasing begins.

The concept is developed into specific material, finish, furniture, and lighting selections, including custom millwork where needed, so every element works together as one cohesive design.

Once selections are approved, KLW manages ordering, tracking, and logistics through trade and designer-only vendors, coordinating contractors and delivery schedules on your behalf.

In the final stage, furnishings and decor are installed and styled in place — artwork hung, accessories placed, and every detail finished — so the space is ready to live in from the moment it's complete.
